Mediterranean Baking Course - Thurs 03/04/25
Join me on this 4-hour Mediterranean Baking course, where you'll master the art of various bakes in a relaxed, cosy setting. Held in my home kitchen, this immersive experience is limited to a maximum of 4 people, ensuring personalised attention and a friendly atmosphere. During the session, you'll learn to make some delicious Mediterranean bakes such as Pissaladiere (with or without anchovies!), Schiacciata (Tuscan Flatbread), Fougasse and Green Olive Bread Sticks. Whether you're a seasoned baker or a complete novice, this course is designed to help you enhance your skills and indulge in the rich flavors of Mediterranean baking.
Course Details
The course starts at 10am and finishes at approx 2pm. Refreshments and a light lunch are included. You take home with you all the bakes you make on the course plus a hard copy of the course instructions.
There is plenty of parking available and we are also a short walk from Saxmundham train station if you're coming by train.
